Conceptual
Submission
Applicants are encouraged to submit
items in a conceptual or preliminary
state, in any form, when there are questionable
review items. Such submissions could
avoid costly resubmission and/or delays
later in the review process. There is
no review fee for a conceptual submission.
Review
Fees
1. There is a two hundred dollar (US$200.00)
review fee that includes preliminary
and final review for all review category
submissions. This must be included as
part of the initial submission package.
2. Fee for revision to a previously
approved plan is one hundred dollars
(US$100.00). This must be included as
part of the revision package.
3. There is an additional one hundred
dollar (US$100.00) fee charged to review
any submission package that has been
previously denied by the E.R.B. if it
does not meet the Eco-Guidelines review
criteria or it is not conceptually in
harmony with the Eco-Guidelines.
Plan Review
The E.R.B. reviews all submission packages
within 30 days of submission unless
designated otherwise. The response will
be emailed, however, may be mailed upon
request.
The E.R.B. may take one of the following
actions:
1. If all plans meet the Eco-Guidelines
review criteria an approval letter will
follow and you will be directed to send
three copies of your plan to be stamped
"Approved." We will retain
two copies. One copy will be returned
to you to retain for your records.
2. If revisions are necessary, a revision
letter will be sent to either you or
your designee. Your drawings should
be corrected and three copies returned
to be stamped "Approved."
There is no additional review fee required.
3. If your project either does not meet
the Eco-Guidelines review criteria or
it is not conceptually in harmony with
the Eco-Guidelines a denial letter will
follow with an explanation of insufficiencies.
In this case, you may resubmit your
submission package with the appropriate
review fee of an additional one hundred
dollars (US$100.00). |
