Note: Residential parcels may have dwellings constructed up to 20% of the total parcel square footage, plus an additional 10% for porches, decks, patios, holding tanks for water storage, storerooms or other structures.  See parcel survey for dimensions and square footage. For more information regarding building covenants, click here to go to the Eco-Guidelines section of our website.

The Mayana Eco-Village subdivision on Long Caye is designated for residential and/or commercial use:

Definitions
Block - A term used by the Government of Belize to describe the legal location of Long Caye at Lighthouse Reef. Long Caye at Lighthouse Reef is known as Block number 47 in the Government of Belize Land Registry.
Subdivision - A term used by the Developer to name a specific area within the island.
Group - A term used by the Developer to describe contiguous parcels within a subdivision.
Parcel - A term used by the Government of Belize and the Developer to describe a single tract or plot of land within a group.
